Garden's looking good.

Thanks to all my gardeners at WG for taking such great care. Other than the weeds its looking super good. Especially the front, thanks to everyone who sewed seeds, watered, pulled weeds and mulched. Nice job!

1950 and 1960 Henderson Avenue, Long Beach CA

The Wrigley Community Garden is located at 1950 and 1960 Henderson Ave. This two year project will help in the transformation of Henderson Avenue. We will teach these and other residents basic gardening skills that can be applied to grow their own food here in the demonstration garden and later on in their own homes.

Our mission is to aid in the continued transformation of the Henderson Avenue neighborhood. Our vision is to create a positive, unifying element to a block previously blighted with drug trafficking.
