Maple-Roasted Heirloom Vegetables

Let's enjoy those winter veggies. It will be summer soon and too hot to turn on the oven. Roast while you still can!

At my house we are cleaning out the freezer and pantry too. Cooking up all those stored veggies from last summer. Tomato sauce, squashes and beans are all getting used up. It feels good to remember what we grew last year and help plan this years growing season.
