Chef Michael Poompan (sip at the Renaissance) will be cooking up a delicious multi-course family style meal made from locally grown sustainably grown ingredients.

Farm to Table at the Growing Experience
Farm to Table Dinner in Long Beach at our neighbor farm The Growing Experience.
Please come out to support local agriculture along with our wonderfully talented chef friends. The Growing Experience is a gem of a farm located in North Long Beach. Farmer Jimmy provides The Factory restaurant and Beachgreens Farm to Door Delivery with beautifully grown produce.
Jimmy along with Chef Paul, Chef Michael and my favorite pastry Chef Justina for a night of beautiful food in what can only be an amazing setting. Please join us in our local food movement. Your dollars speak numbers on events like this. If you come out for this one there are certain to be more. Can you imagine it? Birthdays, holidays everything spent on our growing grounds.
